Keep track of your bladder functions, cholesterol, blood pressure and sugar intake. As we age, these things become HIGHLY important in our health and wellness.

2. Drinking LOTS of water is essential in maintaining great physical health!
3. WORK OUT… Yes, EXERCISE! That doesn’t mean your obligated to become a “Gym Buff”, it just means, walking outside, doing a home routine or maybe a group physical activity with friends like (yoga) are all great ways to stay fit.
